As a new year begins, a lot of individuals want to step back into the gym and make their health and fitness a priority. One of the barriers that stops them is the intimidation or anxiety that comes along with the gym atmosphere. Judgement, intimidation, and confusion are all emotions we've felt when we first started going to the gym.
